Rev. Charles Kim

Charles was born and raised in Queens, NYC, where he grew up to be (and still is, unfortunately…) a diehard Mets, Jets, and Knicks fan. After graduating from high school, he spent the next few years in Philadelphia, PA–where he attended and graduated from Villanova University in 2008 with a B.S. in Civil Engineering. During his time in “the city of brotherly love,” he learned to dislike all Philadelphia sports franchises, but developed a love for Wawa and cheesesteaks.

He then went to South Korea for a short time, and in the wonderful providence of God, met his wife, Eunhee! After the two got married, they came back to Philadelphia in order to finish his studies at Westminster Theological Seminary. By God’s mercy, he graduated, was ordained in the PCA (Presbyterian Church of America), and accepted the call to be the youth and EM pastor for KPCM in the summer of 2017. He is happily married to Eunhee, and together they have two daughters: Cassandra “Cassie” Abigail (5), and Ellianah “Ellie” Claire. They are very excited to be out here in Minnesota, and have enjoyed the transition from East Coast living to Midwest living.
